About Brianne

Brianne Franklin is a Kalispell native who has enjoyed playing violin for the Glacier Symphony Orchestra since her senior year at Flathead High School in 2002-2003. Brianne has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from the University of Montana, and attended the University of Montana School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree before returning to Kalispell where she has an active law practice. As an attorney her focus is primarily on legal representation of parents and children in dependent neglect cases. Being a mom comes first, and if she’s not ‘doing that lawyer thing’ or preparing with the symphony for a concert weekend, you will probably find her with her husband, Steve, and their crew of three kids at the ball fields, at Ashley Lake, in a school gym, or on top of a snowy mountain, depending on the season. She is honored to have been a symphony member for over twenty years and looks forward to many more decades of musical camaraderie.
