Audition for the Orchestra or Chorale

Interested in joining our orchestra or chorale? We are so grateful to welcome talented and trained musicians and singers to our orchestra and chorale. For orchestra auditions, please contact our Orchestra Personnel Manager, Jennifer Hawken. For chorale auditions, please contact our Chorale Personnel Manager, Heather Catlett, and our Chorale Director, Dr. Micah Hunter.

The Glacier Chorale is holding auditions for all voice parts for the 2026/27 season on June 19–21. Please contact Chorale Conductor Micah Hunter at micahai@hotmail.com to schedule an audition. The audition process takes about 30 minutes and consists of vocalizing using simple warmup exercises, initial voice classification, sight-singing parts from a Bach chorale, reading rhythms in several meters, and very basic piano skills. There is also a brief interview component to discuss background, experience, etc. All auditions will take place at Stillwater Christian School at 255 FFA Drive in Kalispell.
