I started playing the violin when I was 9 and  played in the Mankato Symphony in Minn. when I was 14.  When I moved to the Flathead Valley in 1973 I found other musicians to form small musical  ensemble groups which then in 1982 turned into the Glacier  Symphony… I left here in 1986 traveling to Idaho and California returning to Montana in 2007… since then I’ve been playing violin in  the Glacier Symphony, teaching art at Swan River School, painting watercolors, and hiking and skiing.
