About Melissa

Having had music as a constant, strong and enduring as family, brought me a deep and inseparable love and appreciation for it. This fueled the need and desire to build and grow that love with knowledge, a willingness to dream and a way into reaching for the heart of God. After taking time away from performance while starting my own family and navigating life, I found myself unknowingly yearning for it. I am thankful for the circumstances and supporters that brought me back, Dr. Hunter for encouraging a woman that felt nervous as a child, and mostly for my family who sacrifice our precious little time to share me with this joy for the soul. It is an honor to be part of the Glacier Symphony & Chorale.
